Use the live cockpit

A live Session captures your microphone and counterpart system audio. The current cockpit displays conversation text and copilot responses. Prepare the Prospect before starting so assistance uses the right context.

Start the Session

1. Open the Prospect and choose Live in the launch dock.
2. Confirm that Microphone and System audio show Ready. Follow Privacy & permissions if either needs attention.
3. Review Playbook for this session and Effective setup. Select an override only if this call needs a different Playbook.
4. Choose Start live session. The cockpit opens as the Session connects.

A detected-call invitation's Review action opens preparation; it does not start capture. Confirm the intended Prospect and press Start yourself.

During the conversation

Read the copilot's responses alongside the conversation. If a held-back cue offers Answer, use it to request guidance. While a response is generating, Stop cancels that response without ending the call.

Use Steer the copilot… to change how assistance should behave for the rest of the Session. For example, ask it to keep replies shorter or emphasize proof points. Steer tips sends a suggested direction directly. These are session instructions, not private notes for later review.

If an Account Action Plan appears, open it to inspect the session plan.

Finish explicitly

Choose End call when the conversation ends. Closing the cockpit only hides its window; the active Session continues and can be reopened. Then review the Debrief.
