Prepare a Prospect
Set a clear goal and select the resources for the next conversation.
Use preparation to make the next conversation specific: what you want to learn, what you are offering, and which information the copilot should use.
Create or reopen the pursuit
In Prospects, search for the company before creating another entry. Open an existing row, or choose New prospect and complete Company and What you're offering. Add a Goal for the first conversation, then choose Create prospect.
In Brief, edit Goal for this conversation and Prospect context. Keep unconfirmed details explicit. For example: “Confirm who approves the pilot; budget and timing are unknown.” Use the header's meeting control when you want to record the next meeting.
Select preparation resources
- Open Preparation.
- Under Playbook, choose Change and select the instructions for this pursuit. The source label explains whether the choice is inherited or set for the Prospect.
- Under Seller profile, choose Change to select a private profile. Inspect its facts if needed.
- Choose Add from Library, select ready materials, and choose Attach with the selected count. Upload missing resources in Library first.
- Remove an irrelevant attachment with its Detach control. Detaching does not archive the Library file.

Check before starting
Review Effective setup in the persistent launch dock: Playbook, profile, materials, and language. Materials that need attention will not be used until ready; the launch dock reports that condition. Open Memory to inspect the next focus, then choose Live or Rehearsal.
